- Due to the size and weight of our products (ranging from 150–500kg), shipping costs are not calculated automatically at checkout.
- Customers are required to contact us directly to discuss shipping options and receive a custom shipping quote.
- Please reach out to us with your order details and delivery address to determine shipping costs and arrangements.
2. Delivery Methods
- All shipments are handled via freight carriers due to the size and weight of our products.
- Shipping arrangements will be confirmed only after we receive and verify all delivery details.
3. Delivery Times
- Delivery times vary based on your location and the freight carrier’s schedule. Estimated delivery windows will be provided once shipping arrangements are finalized.
- Please note that unforeseen delays, such as weather or carrier disruptions, may affect delivery times.
4. Delivery Requirements
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address can accommodate large freight shipments. This includes:
- Adequate access for trucks or delivery vehicles.
- Availability of unloading equipment or personnel if required.
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to access issues or customer unavailability, additional fees may apply for re-delivery or storage.
5. Shipping Areas
- We ship to all locations across Australia. For remote or difficult-to-access areas, additional surcharges may apply.
- International shipping is available upon request. Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
- All items must be inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage to the packaging or product must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
- Failure to report damages at the time of delivery may affect your eligibility for claims.
7. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.
- Please allow 2 business days for tracking information to be updated after shipping.
8. Cancellations and Changes
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been shipped.
- Requests for changes or cancellations prior to shipment must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
9. Returns and Refunds
- Due to the nature of our products, returns are subject to approval and must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and associated costs.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.
10. Liability
- We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist in filing claims with the carrier when necessary.
- We are not liable for missed delivery windows due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
